This backlapping compound has a thinner consistency, making it perfect for reels not running a relief grind, such as Scott Bonnar, Mow Master, SupaSwift, Cox, Masport, Rover, and other cylinder mowers. 

What Grit is best for your mower?
Choosing the right grit depends on how often you are adjusting and backlapping.
- If you mow, wash, check, adjust, backlap and repeat, then the finer 150 grit will be most suited.
- If you mow and adjust regularly but wait until your paper cut is a little rough, the medium 120 grit will be perfect.
- If you rarely adjust or check the cut, and only wait until you see the mower is not cutting grass well, then a courser 80 grit will be needed, as its aggressive and fast to help restore your cutting edge quickly.
